I’m very picky about my food and have some odd preferences about ingredients that are used in my food. Probably the one food type that I’m most finicky about is my salad. I have a long list of ingredients that I just cannot abide in salad, and sadly they’re all common ingredients in most salads. When I find a recipe for a good green salad that meets my high standards I do a little jig around my kitchen. This recipe for Mixed Baby Greens with Strawberries, Gorgonzola and Poppy Seed Dressing that I found over at Skinny Taste is just divine! It’s sweet, but not too sweet, and it uses lots of dark greens, which I adore in a salad. That paired with the poppy seed dressing and the gorgonzola cheese makes a great summer salad.
