Crock Pot Beef Tacos in Soft Tortilla Bread

Now the name alone is enough to get my mouth watering with this recipe!  I found it over at picky-palate.com and it’s been a standard in my recipe book for a long time and I use the recipe for all my ‘taco’ style meats now.  No more of the prepackaged seasoning mixes for me!  The meat is browned first with onion, peppers, and garlic etc and then the whole kit and kaboodle is simmered in a crock pot for a few hours to really let those flavors settle in.  It is absolutely divine and makes amazing burritos, tacos, nachos, and anything else you’d use ground beef on!
