I love oriental style foods of all kinds – the healthy and the not healthy. Unfortunately, I tend to find it easier to go buy an unhealthy option from a local restaurant than to try and make something in my own kitchen. Stir fry options though are a completely different story. They’re quick and easy to throw together for a week night dinner, and as long as you watch what oils and such that you’re using, they’re incredibly healthy. Gina over at Skinny Taste has posted this awesome recipe for Spring Stir Fried Chicken with Sugar Snap Peas and Carrots. It looks fantastic and I can’t wait to try it one night this week. My mouth is already watering at the thought of all the crisp veggies and the ginger, lime, and soy sauce. YUM!
