Apricot-Bourbon Glazed Ham

If you’re not a fan of horseradish and don’t think you’ll be trying the glazed ham with horseradish cream recipe I posted previously, maybe you’ll be interested in this other option, Apricot-Bourbon Glazed Ham, also from Martha Stewart. All you need is some apricot jam, bourbon, lemon juice, ground pepper, and of course a ham.  As with most good ham recipes the ingredients are simple, and as long as you follow the directions, you’ll have a great tasting ham for Easter dinner, or whatever occasion you’re preparing for.
